UH,
The
Swedish
Organization
for
Young
Hard
of
Hearing
people
welcomes
current
and
future
members
of
IFHOHYP
(the
International
Federation
of
Hard
Of
Hearing
Young
People)
to
IFHOHYP
Annual
General
Meeting
in
Stockholm,
Sweden!
The
AGM
will
be
held
from
10th
to
14th
of
April
2013.
UH
provides
the
accommodation
and
meals.
Participants
of
the
AGM
Each
member
organization
of
IFHOHYP
is
allowed
to
send
1
delegate
and
two
observers.
Any
other
youth
organizations,
youth
hard
of
hearing
organizations
and
other
relevant
organizations
can
send
its
representatives
to
the
AGM
as
observers.
Since
places
are
limited,
the
number
of
observers
can
be
discussed
directly
with
UH.
Please
note
that
due
to
the
high
organizational
costs
we
are
obliged
to
ask
for
a
fee
of
50
Euro
for
the
whole
participation
in
the
AGM
-­‐
this
includes
accommodation,
meals
and
activities
during
the
AGM.
Please
note
that
only
delegates
from
organizations
that
have
paid
their
membership
fees
before
the
upcoming
AGM
have
the
right
to
vote.

Preliminary
Programme
and
Arrival/Departure
Arrivals
are
planned
through
Wednesday
the
10th
of
April.
On
Thursday
11th
April
and
Friday
12th
April
there
will
be
workshops
arranged
by
both
UH
and
IFHOHYP
on
topics
such
as
bilingualism,
good
examples
of
work
by
UH,
funding,
organisational
strategy,
membership
and
IFHOHYP
committees’
work.
Friday
afternoon
we
will
experience
a
sightseeing
tour
in
Stockholm.
The
AGM
is
planned
for
Saturday
13th
April
and
departure
is
on
Sunday
the
14th.
All
venues
will
have
technical
equipment
for
Hard
of
Hearing
people.
Location
Stockholm
is
the
capital
city
and
the
largest
city
in
Sweden.
The
city
is
located
in
the
central
parts
of
Sweden.
The
city
is
spread
on
14
islands
in
the
lake
Mälaren
and
has
the
Baltic
Sea
to
the
east.
The
city
is
also
known
for
its
rich
cultural
history
and
museums
but
is
even
more
known
for
being
the
most
secure
capital
city
in
the
world.

There
Participants
will
stay
at
Kärsögården,
a
beautiful
boarding
house,
just
a
few
minutes
away
from
the
royal
castle
of
Drottningholm,
20
minutes
away
from
the
city’s
center.
You
travel
easily
to
Stockholm
by
flight,
Stockholm-­‐Arlanda
International
Airport
is
located
only
45
minutes
away
from
the
city
center
by
bus
or
20
minutes
by
train.

AGM
